Aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light oakiness, Rooster Rojo reposado tequila is one of Mexico’s finest tequilas, enjoyed alone or as a mixer.

Reposado tequila boasts a slightly oaky aroma with hints of ripe fruit and cooked agave. This wonderfully silky smooth tequila heightens the taste buds with vanilla and caramel flavours, complemented by a warm rich finish. It is distinctive for its golden hue and balance of wood and agave.

Rooster Rojo is a Mexican tequila brand produced at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, at the foot of the Tequila volcano. The distillery began operating in 2000, although its colonial-style buildings date back to the early 20th century. The name means “red rooster”, with the rooster chosen as a bold symbol of Mexico.
