Ron Cubay 7 Year Old Añejo offers a more mature take on the house style, with seven years of ageing giving the rum greater depth and a more polished character. The extra time in cask brings oak, sweetness and spice into better balance, while still keeping the profile approachable and elegant.

It delivers a fuller style than the younger bottlings, with caramel, vanilla and dried fruit supported by gentle wood influence.
