This limited release Bourbon is only available outside of the US. After a traditional maturation in new American oak casks, this whiskey was finished in French oak wine casks for a period of six months. The result has the classic Bourbon flavours of corn, vanilla, and sweet spice, complimented by some darker fruits, chocolate notes, ginger, and a spicy kick on the finish.

Deep amber with a warm copper glow and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sweet corn and vanilla lead, wrapped in warm baking spices. Darker fruit notes—plum and fig—emerge with a touch of cocoa, while ginger and a refined French oak wine-cask influence lend a spicy, lingering finish.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with forward corn sweetness, vanilla and caramel. Dark fruit and cocoa unfold mid-palate, while ginger adds a bright bite. The French oak finish layers wine-influenced spice, a subtle tannic lift, and a warm, peppery kick that lingers.
