Tasting Notes

Nose

Clean, inviting notes of sweet vanilla and honey, layered with toffee and toasted oak. Dried apricot, raisins and orange peel mingle with soft sherry influence, while cinnamon and nutmeg lend a warm spice lift. Subtle almond and cocoa hints finish a polished, dessert-like bouquet.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, delivering gentle sweetness with warm spice. Dried fig and raisin meld with dark oak and a hint of sherry fruitiness, finishing refined and lingering.

Finish

Sherry-influenced finish that lingers with ripe dried fruits, fig and raisin, a touch of cocoa and almond, and a final kiss of toasted oak and spice.
