Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm malt and creamy vanilla rise, mingling with caramel sweetness and toasted oak. Subtle orchard fruits and a gentle spice emerge, with a delicate almond note that lingers, inviting another swirl.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a creamy entry of honeyed apples and pears, lifted by vanilla and toffee. Sherry-influenced notes deliver dried fig, raisin and cocoa, with toasted almond and gentle spice. A warm, persistent finish balanced by subtle oak.

Finish

Silky and enduring, the finish unfurls with warm spices and toasted oak, softly caressed by sherry-scented fruit. Dried apricot and raisin linger alongside a touch of cocoa, while a gentle sweetness fades into refined, clove-spiced warmth that lingers long after the last sip.
