Tasting Notes
Nose
There is a complex Nose, very characterful. Fruit cake, rum’n’raisin ice cream.Baked bananas with fudge sauce with vanilla and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest.
Palate
The Taste has a chocolatey hint initially. Rich and full, bursting with the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose. The texture is very generous, rounded by the oak.
