Melodi is a vibrant, modern aperitif from Grande Champagne that balances ripe fresh fruit flavours with elegant Cognac complexity. It pours a clear golden amber, opening with rich aromas of ripe white peach, honeyed apricot, and toasted oak. On the palate, it is crisp and light; the natural grape sweetness is perfectly balanced by warming alcohol, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.

70ml Melodi Pineau des Charentes
150ml Premium tonic water
1 Dash Aged balsamic vinegar
1 Pinch Fine sea salt

Method: Build over cubed ice in a large glass. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
