Taking their charcoal filtered rum from the Dominican Republic and maturing in a solera system before finishing in casks which previously held Tempranillo wine.

Tropical notes form the rum marry wonderfully with the spicier notes from the wine cask, with just 8,000 bottles released and presented in a gorgeous bottle.

Ripe fruits and baked pineapple.
