Tasting Note: Bright, fresh citrus nose, balanced with gentle peppery notes on the palate to deliver a rounded, lingering finish. Perfect in a Gin & Tonic with a slice of orange or a Negroni.

Key Botanicals: Ten botanicals including; Sea Lettuce, Finger Lime, Anise Myrtle, Mountain Pepper leaf, Orange Peel and traditional (Juniper, Coriander seed, Angelica, Orris root, Cardamom).
