Launched in 2014, Makar Gin takes its name from the Gaelic word for "poet." Crafted in a copper pot still named Annie, it features seven botanicals: juniper, angelica root, liquorice, coriander seed, lemon peel, rosemary, black peppercorns, and cassia bark. Bold and juniper-led, it’s balanced by bright citrus and warming spice, with angelica and rosemary shining through on the palate and finish.
