Langley's Old Tom Gin is a full-flavoured English gin produced in the traditional Old Tom style, sitting between the crisp dryness of a London Dry and the richer character associated with genever. Bottled at a robust 47% ABV and made using 100% grain spirit, it combines a pronounced botanical character with the gentle sweetness that defines the style.

Piney juniper and peppery spice lead into caramelised citrus peel, coriander and subtle floral and berry notes, with a measured sweetness softening the intensity of the botanicals. The finish is long and spicy, with lingering juniper and a touch of woody angelica. Its strength and depth make it particularly well suited to classic gin cocktails such as a Martinez, Tom Collins or Negroni.
