Klein Constantia Vin de Constance 2021 is an historic South African natural sweet wine produced from Muscat de Frontignan grown on the slopes of the Constantia Valley. The 2021 vintage benefited from a cooler, later growing season, allowing an extended ripening period and excellent natural acidity.

Grapes were harvested across 25 separate selections at differing levels of ripeness and concentration, with the components fermented separately before blending. The wine was matured for 18 months in 500-litre Hungarian and French oak barrels, 50% of which were new, followed by a further 16 months in large-format wooden foudre.
