Tasting Notes
Colour
A gleaming spectrum: crystal-clear Blanco, softly sun-kissed pale amber Reposado, and deep copper-gold Añejo.
Nose
Bright agave on the nose, crisp with lime zest, green pepper and a touch of saline mineral. As the trio unfolds, vanilla and soft caramel drift through from the aged styles, with hints of toasted oak and spice lending warmth and depth. Clean, sunny and refined—an elegant perfume that speaks of purity and expert cask influence without overpower.
Palate
On the palate, the trio unfolds in sequence: Blanco delivers pure agave with bright citrus, pepper and mineral bite; Reposado folds in vanilla, almond, and toasted oak with a silky mouthfeel; Añejo expands into caramel, dark chocolate, and spice, ending warm and gently woody.
Finish
Blanco closes with a crisp, mineral finish that dries with citrus zest and pepper. Reposado leaves a softly warming echo of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, lingering smooth and balanced. Añejo finishes with a long, velvet wave of toasted oak, spice and a touch of cocoa, quietly warming the palate.
