Joseph Cartron Poire Williams Eau-de-Vie is a classic French pear eau-de-vie made from Williams pears and bottled at 43% ABV. It is a clear, fruit-led spirit with a more precise and focused style than a liqueur, built around the freshness and purity of the fruit rather than sweetness.

Joseph Cartron sources Williams pears from respected fruit-growing areas including the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Monts du Lyonnais, and retailer references also describe fruit from the Rhône and Ardèche valleys.
