Johnnie Walker 200th Anniversary Celebratory Blended Scotch Whisky
Out of stock
Exclusively released and crafted to celebrate the 200-year journey that positioned Johnnie Walker as the No.1 Scotch whisky in the world.
Old Highland Whisky was the first commercial whisky brand from John Walker & Sons produced in the 1860s, which went on to feature the square bottle and slanted label taking the whisky from Scotland to the four corners of the world. As John Walker opened the doors to his eponymous grocery store two hundred years ago. The rich and complex blend is inspired by the flavours found in the stock books from the Walker family’s grocery store in the 1860s and uses whiskies from distilleries which were operating at that time. The blend’s unique strength is similar to that of the Old Highland Whisky sold during that era.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery glints and a warm honey-bronze glow, rich and inviting in the glass.
Nose
Rich, inviting nose of toasted oak and velvety sherry, opening to fig and raisin sweetness with bright orange rind. Hints of vanilla, toffee and spice weave through the bouquet, finishing with a refined, nutty undertone that recalls the 1860s Old Highland heritage.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate delivers rich sherried fruit—dried plum, fig and raisin—intertwined with dark chocolate, espresso and toffee. Silky vanilla and toasted oak cloak layered spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, a hint of clove. The 51% ABV lends warmth and depth, finishing long with cocoa, leather and a touch of tobacco.
