Tasting Notes

Nose

Luxurious nose of honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and toffee, with dried fruit and gentle spice. Subtle sherry from the oak deepens the aroma, while almond and citrus lift it to a refined, walnut-tinged warmth.

Palate

Silky, balanced palate delivering orchard-fruit sweetness, nougat and toffee. Sherried raisin and fig mingle with vanilla cream and light oak, while subtle spice—nutmeg and clove—adds warmth. Long, refined finish with cocoa, dried fruit, and a whisper of tobacco.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry-cask warmth. Dried fruit, toasted almond and cocoa linger, punctuated by gentle spice, before a soft ember of oak and vanilla fades to a luxurious, lingering glow.
