The brainchild of two men in a cold shed in Wiltshire, one of whom is The Grand Tour's own, James May.

Parsnip, a humble vegetable valued by Romans and hated by schoolchildren - was used historically as a sweetener and has a uniquely nutty profile.

Combined with spices of the Far East – ginger and green cardamom – Asian Parsnip is a warming gin with lingering light sweet notes.

Much later in life, I bought half a pub, and was struck with an idea: what if I created a gin of my own, to serve to the customers? After a few more gins this idea had blossomed into a rabid desire for world domination through gin.
