Idle Assembly’s Idle Daiquiri keeps things simple and classic, combining Idle Assembly Rum with lime juice and simple syrup in a 100ml can at 25.8% ABV. It is the freshest and most direct of the three cocktails, leaning into bright citrus, clean rum character and a crisp, refreshing finish.
