Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, honeyed malt greets the nose, laced with orchard stone-fruit and sultanas. Subtle sherry notes weave with vanilla, clove and toasted oak, while hints of cocoa, almond and leather add depth to a warm, refined aroma.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied palate of rich dried fruit—raisin and fig—carried by sherry warmth. Cocoa, toffee, and toasted almond mingle with subtle spice and vanilla, while oak provides quiet backbone. A lingering, chocolatey finish with a gentle smoke and refined sweetness.

Finish

Warm, enduring finish that coats the palate with toasted oak and quiet spice. Subtle dried-fruit sweetness and caramel drift in, easing into a refined, elegant finale with vanilla nuances and a gentle, lingering warmth.
