Tasting Notes

Nose

Glenfoyle's nose opens with warm orchard fruit, ripe pear and apple, layered with dried apricot and fig. Vanilla and toffee ride along gentle oak, while hazelnut and subtle spice add depth. A hint of sherry brightness lingers, balanced by citrus zest that keeps the bouquet fresh and inviting.

Palate

Smooth and balanced on the palate, vanilla and honeyed sweetness cradle ripe orchard fruit, while gentle oak and toasted almond provide structure. A touch of spice rises mid-palate, finishing long with warm, refined sweetness and a soft, lingering oak.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish reveals dried fruits and fig, with walnut and cocoa undertones and a delicate sherry sweetness. Spices drift in as warm oak lingers, leaving a velvet, caramel-kissed aftertaste that persists with quiet elegance.
