Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm, glowing bronze.
Nose
Roasted corn, dark chocolate, floral notes, aromatic clove honey, pumpkin pie, peanut butter on buttery toast.
Palate
Plenty of rich buttery corn, dark chocolate, caramel, clove, leather, waxy blood orange, deeply charred vanillin oak, toasted pecan nuts.
Finish
Thick corn lingers with peppery oak and dark chocolate, while vanilla and honeycomb drift through. Pumpkin and pecan pie echo on the finish, crowned by butterscotch and a warm, lingering sweetness with a subtle, comforting spice.
