Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinged glow.

Nose

Rich dark fruit, plum and dried fig rise with warm sherry notes, balanced by vanilla and polished oak. Subtle cocoa and toasted almond deepen the perfume, while wisps of spice and a whisper of smoke frame a refined, lingering sweetness.

Palate

Silky, velvety on the palate, rich with dried fig and raisin, and bright notes of orange zest and toffee. Sherry influence brings cocoa, almond, and a warm spice that lingers into a refined, long finish.

Finish

Silky, medium-long finish of dried plum and raisin sweetness, tempered by toasted oak and a whisper of chocolate. Sherry-cask warmth lingers with gentle spice and a nutty echo, fading to a refined, creamy grace.
