Flor de Cana Centenario Rum Miniature 12 Year Old

A 12-year-old Flor de Caña Centenario rum from Nicaragua is part of Flor de Caña’s premium Centenario range, naturally aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels without added sugar or artificial ingredients and bottled at 40 % ABV.

It comes from a long family-run tradition in Chichigalpa where sugar cane is grown locally and the tropical volcanic climate near the San Cristóbal volcano contributes to natural maturation. Expect a reddish-amber rum with aromas of honey, toasted nuts and red fruit, a smooth, balanced palate of vanilla, wood, baked apples and gentle spice, finishing with warmth and subtle complexity that makes it enjoyable neat, over ice or in refined rum cocktails.
