Caroni was once a renowned rum distillery nestled on the island of Trinidad. It was established in 1918 and eventually shuttered its doors in 2001. Since then, the barrels containing this exceptional rum lay dormant, hidden away from the world’s gaze. However, in 2004 the distillery was rediscovered, and the precious rum rescued, alongside the barrels!

Engine Gin has been meticulously finished in the very same Caroni barrels, imparting an extraordinary depth of flavour and complexity. Try Engine Caroni Cask neat, on the rocks or in a martini!
