Tasting Notes

Nose

A warm, inviting aroma of ripe orchard fruit and vanilla custard, braided with toasted oak and a whisper of spice; dried fig and almond hints emerge, carried by subtle sherry-cask richness.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied with a delicate oiliness. Vanilla and toffee lead, opening into dried fig and raisin from the sherry influence. Nutty almond, cocoa and a whisper of dark chocolate appear, wrapped in gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—with integrated oak. Long, warm and balanced, finish lingering with subtle sweetness and refined toast.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with lingering sherry sweetness and a gentle oak backbone. Dried raisin and fig unfold with warm spice, drifting into cocoa and coffee notes that fade with elegant, creamy richness.
