A single cask rum from the Diamond distillery in Guyana, this 27 year old was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2023 at 53.3% ABV, with a small outturn of 167 bottles.

Diamond is the last remaining rum distillery in Guyana and is known for housing a unique collection of historic stills gathered from former Demerara distilleries, allowing a wide range of traditional rum styles to be produced. Long tropical ageing brings deep molasses richness, dark fruit and warming spice supported by firm oak structure, creating a full-bodied and intensely characterful mature rum.
