Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery edges and a warm, sunlit glow.

Nose

Gentle, honeyed malt with ripe orchard fruit and a soft sherry lift. Raisin and fig mingle with toasted almond, vanilla and subtle spice, eased by warm oak.

Palate

Silky, malt-driven palate with honeyed orchard fruit and warm caramel. Subtle sherry cask depth brings toasted almond, dried fruit, and cocoa, aided by gentle spice. A creamy mouthfeel and balanced finish of vanilla, citrus zest, and faint oak.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherried sweetness lingering—dates and raisins mingle with toasted almond, dark chocolate and a wisp of orange zest, fading into warm oak spice.
