Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft, inviting nose of honeyed grain, vanilla and toffee, harmonizing with dried orchard fruit and a whisper of citrus zest. Subtle oak adds structure, while a light kiss of spice and a warm, coastal sweetness lingers.

Palate

Silky and indulgent on the palate, this Five Star blend pours with velvety sherry-soaked fruit—raisin, fig and apricot—mounted by dark chocolate, caramel and toasted oak. Spices emerge softly: cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of clove, leading to a warm, lingering finish of vanilla and oak.

Finish

Silky, long finish with warm spice and toasted oak. A trace of raisin and dark chocolate from sherry influence lingers, finishing with a gentle nutty sweetness and velvety warmth.
