Cloudy Bay Pelorus is an elegant sparkling wine from Marlborough, New Zealand, made in the traditional method to deliver freshness, finesse and complexity. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, it combines bright fruit with a fine, persistent mousse and subtle richness developed through maturation.

The nose offers aromas of crisp apple, citrus and white peach alongside delicate brioche and toasted notes. The palate is fresh and lively, with flavours of orchard fruit, lemon and gentle creaminess balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, dry and persistent, making Pelorus an excellent choice as an aperitif or alongside seafood, canapés and lighter dishes.
