Chambord starts its production process by taking the world’s finest black raspberries and blends them with a mixture of fine French spirits and French cognac. Then, after some waiting, (eight weeks) voila! We have the magnifique Chambord liqueur.

With its intense raspberry flavour, Chambord is the perfect addition to any cocktail or even in desserts for those adventurous chefs. Whatever the special occasion, Chambord makes the moment magnifique!

Colour

Deep, glossy ruby-red with velvety garnet undertones and a wine-dark, almost opaque glow.

Nose

Opulent bouquet of ripe black raspberries, a lush berry perfume with vanilla-cognac sweetness. Subtle citrus zest and cocoa-praline spice weave through the aroma, polished, inviting, and luxuriously refined.

Palate

Ripe raspberry sweetness leads, enriched by silky forest-fruit depth and a kiss of cognac warmth. Velvety, medium-bodied texture with gentle acidity, hints of vanilla, cocoa, and spice, and a lingering, berry-bright finish.

Finish

Silky, lingering finish of ripe raspberry, subtly warmed by cognac. A refined sweetness lingers, layered with vanilla and spice, fading to a berry glow that invites one more elegant sip.
