Original Espadín is made from sustainably farmed agave that grows for 7 to 8 years before harvest, giving notes of dried fruit, toasted pineapple, spice, umami and soft smoke. ODD Café blends Espadín mezcal with Mexican coffee, while ODD Hibiscus adds Mexican hibiscus flowers for a brighter, more floral style. Together, the range offers a colourful and approachable route into premium mezcal.
