About Indri
Indri is an Indian single malt whisky from Piccadily Distilleries, produced in Indri, Haryana, near the Himalayan foothills and the Yamuna basin. The name is linked to the town of Indri and the Sanskrit word indriya, referring to the five senses.
Indri whisky is made using indigenous Indian six-row barley, with the warmer climate of northern India playing an important role in maturation. Piccadily’s distillery has 14 Scottish-style copper pot stills and maturation warehouses capable of holding more than 75,000 barrels.
Indri Trini is the flagship expression, matured in ex-bourbon, ex-French red wine and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The wider Indri portfolio includes Dru, Diwali Collector’s Edition and limited cask-led releases, with casks including Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximénez sherry, wine casks and virgin American oak.
