About Flor de Cana
Flor de Caña is a Nicaraguan rum with roots dating back to 1890, when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa established the family’s rum-making operation at the base of the San Cristóbal volcano. The company remains family-led after five generations, with its identity closely tied to Nicaragua’s volcanic terroir, sugar cane production and long history of aged rum making.
Flor de Caña rum is naturally aged, distilled using 100% renewable energy and produced without added sugar. The range includes Extra Seco 4 Year Old, Gran Reserva 7 Year Old, Centenario 12, 18 and 25 Year Old, alongside older limited releases, with a style built around smooth oak, caramel, vanilla, tropical fruit, toasted nuts and gentle spice.
