Bardstown Bourbon Company was founded in 2014 in Bardstown, Kentucky, with the aim of combining large-scale whiskey production, blending, hospitality and contract distilling on one modern campus. The distillery began production in 2016 and has become known for its collaborative model, producing whiskey for other brands while also building its own releases. Its contract distilling programme covers distillation, blending, finishing, ageing and bottling on site.
