The liquid is inspired from walks over the suburban wasteland seeing wild blackberries and damson trees, these two classic ingredients both abundant and free to any forager prepared to prickle his donnies (hands) trying to harvest them. What better and more complimentary flavours could you have to combine, symbolic of the British landscape.

Why Rum? Well why not, the natural sweetness of our Caribbean white rum base lends itself perfectly to the strong intense flavours of these beautiful fruit. Very much in the “spirit” (no pun) of innovation.
