Gin can be, well, a bit up itself. Complex flavours. Infusions. Botanicals. Please. We keep things simple. Lime leaf, Szechuan pepper and rosemary. If we don’t need it, we don’t use it, focusing instead on producing a smooth gin with a bold character that is very drinkable.
We’re not ones to moan, but some brands are happy to use just any old grain to make their gin. Bland, neutral, bleurgh. Not us. We use malt to give Blood Monkey its unique taste profile.
