Tasting Notes

Nose

Silky vanilla, custard and caramel mingle with pale malt, evoking a creamy, dessert-soft aroma. Subtle orchard fruit and toffee drift in harmony with toasted almond, while gentle oak and a whisper of spice add warmth and depth to the bouquet.

Palate

Silky, creamy on the palate, with a gentle malt sweetness that coats the tongue. Vanilla custard, honeyed cereals and toffee rise amid dried fruit and a light oak spice. Subtle sherry influence brings raisin and cocoa notes, finishing balanced, warm, and softly lingering.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with creamy vanilla and honeyed barley, lightly toasted oak and spice. A subtle sherried sweetness lingers, weaving dried fruit with cocoa and a warm, soothing fade.
