Tasting Notes

Nose

A refined bouquet of vanilla custard, honeyed cereals and oak, lightly animated by orchard fruit and citrus zest. Subtle dried fig and raisin sweetness hints at sherry influence, while toffee and almond notes curl through, with a whisper of spice and gentle smoke in the background.

Palate

Silky and balanced, the palate opens with toffee and vanilla before unfolding dried fruit and a gentle sherry‑inflected nuttiness. Soft spices mingle with oak, adding depth as the finish lingers warmly, with a refined sweetness and subtle dryness that echoes the blend’s maturation.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry-kissed sweetness and gentle oak. Dried cherry and fig linger, joined by cocoa, toasted almond and a whisper of spice. Velvet viscosity coats the palate, leaving a warm, lasting ember of vanilla and subtle oak tannins that invite the next sip.
