Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with elegant mahogany undertones and a warm copper edge, a luxurious, wine-warm hue that hints at sherry-cask influence.
Nose
Luxuriant sherry aromas envelop ripe dark fruits—prune, fig and raisin—kissed by honeyed toffee. Subtle oak, with baking spices of cinnamon and nutmeg, weave through, while a delicate whisper of tobacco and leather adds quiet sophistication. Rich, balanced and inviting, it promises a long, contemplative finish.
Palate
Luxuriously smooth and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with rich dried fruit—fig and prune—woven with toffee, dark cocoa and toasted oak. Subtle sherry sweetness threads through spice, delivering a long, refined finish with quiet warmth.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry-rich sweetness and refined oak. Dried fig and raisin drift into orange peel and cocoa, while nutmeg and clove linger. A silky warmth persists, tapering to a dark, fruit-forward fade that leaves an elegant, lingering spice and subtle tobacco note.
