Silky and well balanced, the palate opens with caramel-toffee sweetness and creamy malt, then layers in dried fig and raisin from sherry-cask influence. Vanilla and cocoa notes mingle with soft spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—while gentle oak provides structure. Smooth, approachable mouthfeel with a lingering, subtly fruity finish.
