Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with radiant honey-gold highlights and coppery undertones.
Nose
Rich sherry aromas take the lead: dark fig, raisin and date mingle with toffee, caramel and a hint of orange zest. Sweet vanilla and oak provide warmth, while almondy nut notes and a whisper of cinnamon and clove add refined spice to a polished, lingering finish.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied on the palate, Bell's Sherry Cask reveals rich dried fruit, fig and raisin notes, glazed orange zest, and toasted almond. Cocoa, toffee and warm spice weave through velvety oak, finishing long with nutty warmth.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with warm sherry sweetness. Raisins and fig drift with orange peel, then toffee and gentle spice, supported by toasted oak and a final hint of nutty cocoa that lingers.
