Trinidad is a Cuban cigar brand created in 1969 and named after the city of Trinidad on Cuba’s southern coast. For many years it was not sold commercially and was used only for gifts to foreign diplomats, before going on general sale in 1998 in very limited quantities. At first the range consisted only of Fundadores, which remains one of the key names in Trinidad’s history.
