SirDavis
SirDavis is an American whisky created by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter in partnership with Moët Hennessy and launched in 2024. Named in honour of Davis Hogue, Beyoncé’s paternal great-grandfather and a moonshiner in the American South during Prohibition, the whisky draws on her family heritage and Texas roots. Dr Bill Lumsden, known for his work with Glenmorangie and Ardbeg, developed its distinctive mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley.
