Roku Gin is a premium Japanese gin created by the House of Suntory, a producer whose history dates back to 1899. Its name means “six” in Japanese, referring to the six native botanicals at the heart of every bottle: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea and sanshō pepper. Each ingredient is harvested at the height of its season, reflecting the Japanese principle of shun – enjoying produce when its flavour is at its finest.
