The name PIAFF comes from “piaffe”, a French equestrian term for a controlled movement in which a horse stays active and balanced on the spot. Champagne PIAFF uses this idea of rhythm and precision as part of its identity, presenting a more contemporary style within the traditional Champagne category.
Champagne PIAFF works with the classic Champagne grape varieties of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The core releases include Brut NV, Rosé Brut NV and Blanc de Blancs, with a fresh, crisp and elegant style shaped by relatively low dosage, chalk-influenced vineyards and extended lees ageing.
