NAUD is a French family spirits house based in the Cognac region, with roots in the old Pinthiers grain mill near Pons in Charente-Maritime. The site became a family distillery in 1923, when Émile Perrier founded Distillerie du Donjon in Pons, before the ancient mill at Pinthiers was converted into a Cognac distillery in 1936.
