The range began with Blanco, designed for alcohol-free cocktails, and Ámbar, created as a richer sipping expression. Almave’s production draws on traditional agave preparation, including harvested, cooked and crushed agave, followed by distillation to retain the character of the raw material without alcohol. Pernod Ricard acquired a minority stake in the brand in 2024, supporting its growth in the premium non-alcoholic spirits category.
