Cardrona Distillery is family owned and operated, led by Desiree Whitaker. The exquisite range produced at the distillery is the result of many years of study, planning and research. Desiree learned her craft from some of the world’s masters - these experiences shaped the very character that is Cardrona Distillery.
All of the spirits produced at the distillery are created using pure alpine water sourced directly from the heart of Mount Cardrona in New Zealand's Southern Alps. Seasonal ingredients are sourced locally to give an unparalleled signature taste.
