Guillon

Nestled in a forest in the heart of Regional Natural Park of the Montagne de Reims, the Guillon Distillery has produced spirit since 1997 aging Whisky in oak barrels from the most emblematic French vineyards of the AOC regions of Champagne, Banyuls and Sauternes. Owner Thierry Guillon producing very wine influenced and fruity styles of single malt as well as a blended malt and peated malt mainly for the French market who are the world’s biggest consumers of Scotch whisky, hard to believe for a nation that produces so much fine wine, Cognac & Champagne!
