An ex-sherry casked 10 year old from the popular Irish distillery cooley which is a real grapey, aromatic, creamy and smooth irish malt
Nose: Peanut brittle, peach melba, salted french toast with red berries, waxy orange, floral honey on brown bread.
Palate: Rich and grapey, brandy like mouthfeel with toasted almonds, damson jam, brown toast.
Finish: orange blossom honey, plum jam on brown toast, sherry soaked raisins, sugared almonds.
